The Business Intelligence Analyst is tasked with creating meaningful insights that enable the business to expand, the managers to lead, the employees to grow, and the product to excel. The hands-on hire in this newly created role will directly impact the business through useful data driven analyses that provide key insights to the business.
The right hire enjoys swimming in data and can extract key information that facilitates decision making based on key performance metrics. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will directly and indirectly support our marketing, sales, customer success, business development and finance functions. You will partner closely with these teams to analyze such things as customer lifetime value, concert merch sales-per-head trends, music merch industry-wide insights, enterprise valuation support, digital marketing KPI’s and many other data-driven analytics that we have waiting for you to help us with.
