About The Job:

The Digital Marketing Associate will assist with implementing and managing our digital marketing strategy. The right hire is someone not only proficient in writing content but able to effectively embody our company voice. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be involved in all things that relate to digital marketing including writing content for our website and newsletters, managing our social media platforms, and working with the Associate Marketing Director on paid campaigns and product releases. This role works closely with many teams throughout the company including creative, analytics, and our customer experience group. You will have ownership over projects including monthly newsletters, website updates and enhancements, blog posts for both SEO and customer interest purposes, announcements such as recent venue and festival partnerships, and communicating with artists for our monthly top seller awards.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of CRM/social media/email/digital marketing experience
  • You write clean, concise, well-polished copy, consistent with our company’s tone and mission
  • Great time-management skills
  • Very detail oriented
  • Able to provide written work examples
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously     as this is a very fast paced environment
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Hubspot is a plus
  • Ability to think critically and creatively, and able to clearly present new ideas
  • Must be focused, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Works and communicates well with internal and external teams
  • Works with a “no job too big or small” attitude
  • Willing to have fun while you work – we listen to music all day in the office!
