Each venue or event has it’s own unique QR code or URL that links to your atVenu account. Promote this Code or Link pre, during, or post event through any form of marketing material. Fans scan the code or click the link and are taken to your event’s Mobile Orders page

Event organizers have the option to run both F&B and Merch through Mobile Orders or just one. If both are offered fans can select which option to order.

Controlled Fulfillment
We understand fulfillment, particularly for event merch, is the tricky part. With atVenu, all your inventory is updated in real-time to ensure you don’t sell an item you no longer have in stock. Venue staff control what is available, when an item is ready for pick up, and determine pick up windows to avoid line ups at fulfillment areas.

Ship to Home
Pre-sell merchandise and offer fans the option to have items shipped to their home. Run out of items onsite? Allow fans to still purchase and ship later.
Concierge
Want to super serve VIPs or deliver to a Drive-In Car? Have runners place orders or allow fans to enter their location (like a suite number) and hand deliver their order to them.
Bag and Hold
As orders come in, you have the option to bag orders and designate a location they will be held at for pick up. Fans can even select which location is nearest them for pick up. Designate pick up times to ensure a steady flow and avoid fans waiting until end of show to pick up their order
Stand Pickup
Don’t have the capacity or space to bag orders? No problem! Keep a traditional merch stand set up with inventory in boxes. Fans come up to the stand after placing an order, you scan their code or enter the order ID into Register, hand them their merch, and hit complete.
You Control The Show
Only items counted in are available. You set a threshold when items are removed from Mobile Orders. You can turn Mobile Orders on or off at any time. You can hybrid the event with atVenu Register traditional sales and Mobile Orders. All inventory is combined and synced to the show for greater control. All sales combine into your Register Reports for easy show settlements.
