When using our Websites and Services, our third-party payment processing partners, Braintree and Stripe, may request additional personal data, including credit card information, postal code, bank account information, and any additional information required by those companies to complete the services you request from them. We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt out of certain personal information sales. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

Sharing Information with Third-Party Payment Processors

If you transacted using a third-party payment processor at on one of our Websites, or, in one of our applications, you may need to access and request their assistance to comply with your additional privacy rights under applicable laws described in this privacy policy.  We currently use two third-party payment processors, Braintree and Stripe.  To access their respective privacy policies/notices to enforce your rights with respect to personal information that they have collected to perform their services, you will need to visit either of the following websites: https://www.braintreepayments.com/legal/braintree-privacy-policy and  https://stripe.com/us/privacy.

Cookie Notice for Mobile Orders Service

For individuals using atVenu’s Mobile Orders services at a live event, all cookies used as part of the Mobile Orders service are strictly necessary for the Mobile Orders services to function properly. The third-party cookies are required by our payment processing partner(s). Declining or disabling these cookies via your mobile device settings may result in the Mobile Orders services not functioning properly or at all.

Residents of European Economic Area

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions made by end users are subject to the technical rules and protections of our third-party payment processors, see the section entitled Sharing Information with Third-Party Payment Processors above.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website or to use our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
