Does atVenu work offline?

Yes. It is 100% offline capable. Transactions queue locally and sync automatically once connectivity returns.

Which devices are supported?

Our atVenu Register app can be run on iPhones and iPads, coming in 2026 we launch support for Android devices. Stay tuned for more details on that. Within our hardware we have full Register kits, handhelds, or you can buy your own readers and use your own devices.

Can I manage inventory by stand?

Yes, you can count inventory in and distribute it by stand using percentages if that is easiest for you rather than calculating how many items should go to each stand. Inventory can be managed and viewed by stand in real time, and you can easily make additions and adjustments at the stand level and move inventory from one stand to another to ensure you are keeping track of all merchandise to prevent shrinkage and shortage.

Do you support discounts, vouchers, and promos?

Yes, we allow you to customize the discounts, vouchers, and promotions to meet your needs. If you want discounts on individual items, full carts, or during specific time frames, that is all possible. Vouchers can be set up on your own, with however many you may like, and the same goes for promos. Festivals, venues, and artists all use these in their own ways, tailored to their needs.
